Now in its twelfth year, the pan-Dubai festival targets family holidaymakers, placing a particular emphasis on fun, knowledge and entertainment, while also attracting record-breaking footfall (around seven million people each year) through the city’s principal shopping malls who offer a plethora of exciting promotions to complement the other activities.
