Versace and Armani set to open Dubai hotels
Dubai is to become the capital of couture as two of the world’s most iconic fashion houses set to launch their new luxury hotels in the emirate. The Palazzo Versace Hotel and the Armani Hotel will offer the ultimate in designer luxury living, featuring an array of fabulous facilities and lavishly designed interiors fit for an Arabian Prince. And the world-renowned Lebanese designer Elie Saab will be establishing a presence in Dubai, developing the signature luxury boutique hotel at The Tiger Woods Dubai.
Set to open later this year, the world’s first Armani Hotel (www.armanihotels.com) will occupy the first eight floors and floors 38 and 39 of the striking Burj Dubai development.
The hotel will feature 160 rooms and suites, fully furnished with sophisticated Armani Casa interiors to fully realise the “Stay with Armani” promise, and will also feature a collection of 144 luxury private residences; the Armani Residences.
The exclusive and unparalleled location, in the world’s tallest building, will provide guests with a plethora of activities and things to see and do, both inside the Armani Hotel and around the Burj Dubai development itself.
To complement Dubai’s culturally diverse society, cuisine will be globally influenced from Japanese to Indian and of course, authentic Italian. The delectable Armani/Dolci will be offering artisan chocolates and sweets, while Armani/Fiori will be creating bespoke floral designs – these are just some of the boutiques awaiting guests who want to make the most of their Armani experience.
And, when exhausted from a night of partying at Armani/Priv, the stylish nightclub taking its name from the brand’s haute couture line, the stunning Armani/Spa will provide total rejuvenation and relaxation.
Unsurprisingly, Dubai is also the chosen location for the Palazzo Versace Hotel (www.palazzorversace.ae) in the emirate’s Culture Village on Dubai Creek. This stylish hotel will be the ultimate in luxurious living boasting 217 hotel suites and 169 private residences, all sumptuously furnished with an exclusive line of Versace Home Collection products to provide a truly opulent stay.
Set against its own spectacular marina and lush landscaped gardens, guests can experience the magnificent interiors inspired by a fusion of classic Arabian architecture and world renowned stately homes.
Echoing the layout of historic palaces, the Versace style will grace the floors and walls in the form of beautifully detailed Italian mosaics. The quality of craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail will ensure that residents and hotel guests experience the grandeur that the Versace brand emulates.
Pure indulgence in the form of pillow menus, crisp Versace linen and dinnerware guarantees guests will be spoilt right down to the tiniest detail. Senses will be stimulated in the spa and even the most discerning of palates will be treated to innovative cuisine in the Vanitas Restaurant.
And, for those with a keen interest in sport, Lebanese designer Elie Saab has designed the stunning hotel at the forthcoming world’s first golf course designed by Tiger Woods, Al Ruwaya (www.tigerwoodsdubai.com) – the first Elie Saab branded luxury boutique hotel.
The beautiful hotel is being designed in classic Arabian style with rooms offering spectacular views across the lush gardens and will set new international standards of innovation in architectural design.
Featuring 89 suites and 14 bungalows overlooking the golf course, the hotel will also a boast a 10,000 square foot. swimming pool and one of Dubai’s most exquisite spas.
Cuisine will be prepared in three-star Michelin chef, Guy Savoy’s signature restaurant with other numerous restaurants and bars providing something to suit all tastes.
