Dubai Tourism Presents Help for the Trade

Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) continues to show how it values UK and Irish partners on the ‘Trade Resources’ section of the Dubai Update website with the dedicated ‘DTCM Presentations’ section.

The website is designed to make it easy for agents to sell and promote Dubai. So the DTCM now provides a copy of its tourism PowerPoint training presentation to download. It can be used for agents to learn more about Dubai and also to train their colleagues, particularly after attending familiarisation trips, or for shop managers to use for front line staff training and to “train the trainer”.

Ian Scott, UK and Ireland director of the Government of Dubai, Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, comments: "The DTCM recognises that there is a lot that can be done to make life easier for agents, who are our biggest asset.
