Jungala now open at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay
Brand new at Busch Gardens® Tampa Bay for 2008 is Jungala – the only jungle in the world that plays with you!
Set in the Congo area of the park, the jungle-themed attraction invites you to discover exotic and endangered animals, explore a village in harmony with nature and connect with a lush land through up-close animal interactions and a family play area.
In the jungle clearing, the village is marked by a centerpiece 35-foot rock formation soaring above its pathways. A three-storey family climbing area allows you to ascend through the tree canopy on rope bridges to explore the different layers of jungle life.
Two signature rides add to the excitement of Jungala: a zip line experience above the tree tops for young adventurers and another signature ride that shoots guests up above a towering waterfall.
Tigers and orangutans are among the creatures that make this rainforest home. Jungala invites you to interact with these fascinating animals like never before, you’ll be completely immersed in their world.
